What does the configurator actually do?
You choose the opening, pick a style, set the finish and glass, and add hardware. The quote updates as you go. When you're done, email yourself or a partner a line-item quote plus a spec PDF. A dealer follows up within one business day.
Where are the doors built?
Our shop and showroom are at 307-5491 Regent Street, Burnaby, BC. Every door we sell is fabricated in-house — welded, ground, primed, and painted before it ships.
Which collections can I configure?
Interior and exterior steel French doors, concealed pivot entries, and craftsman-style specialty-grain exteriors. Finishes include matte black, brushed brass, brushed bronze, smooth white, specialty grain, and the Neulite series.
What's the lead time?
Interior steel French doors typically ship in 3–4 weeks. Concealed pivot and oversized entries are 6–8 weeks. Your dealer will confirm the exact window after reviewing your configuration.
Do you work with contractors and retailers?
Yes. Registered partners get a branded version of the configurator with wholesale pricing applied automatically. Contact us to set up a partner account.
Is my configuration saved?
Your configuration is emailed to you (and, if you choose, to your dealer) the moment you generate a quote — with a full PDF spec sheet attached. You can re-open the configurator anytime to start a new one.
